1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using www.speedywings.com and any pages, content or features that link to these Terms (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What SpeedyWings provides

SpeedyWings provides recipes, cooking techniques, planning guides, product recommendations, curated shopping lists, gift ideas, editorial content and related information for people who enjoy making wings at home. Content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes.

The Site may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue content or features at any time without guaranteeing continued availability.

3. Food safety and cooking responsibility

You are responsible for safe food handling, preparation and cooking. Raw poultry and cooking equipment can create risks of foodborne illness, burns, fire, cross-contamination and other injury if handled improperly. If you voluntarily send ideas, suggestions, product concepts, corrections, recipes, comments or other feedback to SpeedyWings, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt and incorporate that feedback for operating and improving SpeedyWings, without an obligation to compensate you, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing. Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have the right to share.

SpeedyWings does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that any content, recipe, recommendation, product description, price or third-party information will always be accurate, complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedyWings and its owners, affiliates, contributors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on Site content, food preparation, product use, third-party websites, or purchases from third-party retailers.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any court proceeding not subject to a different mandatory venue requirement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

17. Severability and waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
